The English network is a thriving group of enthusiastic teachers determined to provide outstanding opportunities for children in english classrooms across the county. The English network meets termly to share teaching strategies, ideas, resources and moderation opportunitites.
This term's network meeting was led by Elen Honor, hosted at Weobley High School and focused on analysing the results and marking of the 2018 GCSE exams. Strategies were shared on interleaving, 'do it now' re-cap tasks and improving knowledge of set texts.
